公司于1983年11月成立于台湾，主要生产喇叭振动膜（适用于耳机、手

机、麦克风等系列）以及不织布与调音纸等产品。

　　1997年中国大陆（深圳）公司成立，因扩展业务，1999年搬运至东莞樟

木头。随着市场的不断扩大，为满足市场要求，公司于2002年在东莞大朗（

松柏朗新工业区）自建厂房，占12000平方米，2003年元旦正式进入生产,在

年底顺利通过ISO9001（2000E）品质体系认证。

　　2005年江西分厂成立。

　　2007年6月通过ISO14000环境管理体系认证。

　　2012年新厂东莞富韵电子有限公司成立，规模为旧厂区六倍的生活区及生产基地，面积23000平方米。

　　随着公司的日益成长，至今已发展为拥有员工2100余人，机器设备达800多台，月生产量达2亿PCS之规模。
